On confiscation of unidentified exhibit, vehicle related to administrative violation in the field of civil aviations

Căn cứ Điều 26 và khoản 4 Điều 126 Luật Xử lý vi phạm hành chính ngày 20 tháng 6 năm 2012;
Pursuant to Article 26 and paragraph 4 of Article 126 of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations dated June 20th 2012;

Căn cứ Quyết định tạm giữ tang vật, phương tiện vi phạm hành chính số …/QĐ-XPVPHC ngày … tháng … năm … do … ký;

1 Ghi tên cơ quan theo Thông tư số 01/2011/TT-BNV ngày 19/1/2011 của Bộ Nội vụ hướng dẫn về thể thức và kỹ thuật trình bày văn bản hành chính /Organization’s name according to Circular01/2011/TT-BNV dated January 19th, 2011 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, guiding the format and layout of administrative documents.

2 Ghi địa danh theo Thông tư số 01/2011/TT-BNV ngày 19/1/2011 của Bộ Nội vụ hướng dẫn về thể thức và kỹ thuật trình bày văn bản hành chính /Location name according to Circular 01/2011/TT-BNVdated January 19th, 2011 of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, guiding the format and layout of administrative documents.

3 Ghi rõ phương tiện thông tin đại chúng đăng tin và địa điểm niêm yết công khai về việc xác định chủ sở hữu/người quản lý/người sử dụng hợp pháp / Name of the media which broadcast location and news about public annoucement of indentification of owner/manager/legal user of the exhibit, vehicle.

4 Ghi rõ tên, số lượng, trọng lượng, đặc điểm, tình trạng, nhãn hiệu, xuất xứ, chủng loại tang vật, phương tiện (nếu nhiều thì lập bản thống kê riêng) / Name, number, weight, characteristic, status, original, model of the exhibit, vehicle (statitics requires if there is numbers of exhibits, vehicle).

5 Ghi rõ lý do không xác định được chủ sở hữu/người quản lý/người sử dụng hợp pháp hoặc những người này không đến nhận / Reason that not identified the owner/manager/legal user or if the people mention about do not receive them.

6 Liệt kê thêm các tài liệu như Biên bản tạm giữ tang vật, phương tiện vi phạm hành chính  …………/Document related.

7 Ghi họ tên, chức vụ, đơn vị người thi hành Quyết định; cơ quan, tổ chức có liên quan trong việc thi hành Quyết định này/Name, Position, Organization of the person who implement the Decision; Organization related.
