Phương pháp này được áp dụng dựa trên hiệu ứng phá vỡ tâm lý. Bằng cách tăng khoảng thời gian giữa các lần ôn tập, lượng thông tin và kiến thức cần ghi nhớ. Mục đích của phương pháp này là cải thiện và nâng cao khả năng ghi nhớ thông tin, kiến thức. Có thể nhớ lâu một lượng lớn thông tin, kiến thức. Tức là ngay khi bộ não sắp quên điều gì đó, chúng ta sẽ xem lại và học lại điều đó.
